Simple steps for healthy life
1. Take a Walk atleast half an hour daily - {No time is not an excuse}
2. Take a long breath - Long breath means long life
3. Take a break for sitting. Get up and walk few minutes.
4. Don't use Lifts / escalators in Shops and malls you go.
5. Use the steps.
6. Practice Yoga.
