- Keep every Sunday for yourself and Keep planning for that week on that Day. Relax on that day. Spend more time with your school going daughter. Ask her about her friends. Ask her About her auto/ Van friends. That will make happy to your lovable daughter but also Make you relax.
- Baghavan Sri Krishna Said “ DO YOUR DUTY AND LEAVE THE RESULT TO THE GOD”. Stay on purpose, not on outcome. Don’t do it for the money or the recognition. Those will come naturally. This is the way of the world.
- Read many Jokes. Laugh . Think, why many laughing clubs have been emerging. Laughing is the best medicine for many diseases.
- Count your steps when you walk. . Take six steps while taking a long inhale, hold your breath for another six steps, and then exhale for six steps. You will feel very alert, refreshed,internally quiet and centered after this exercise.
- Sleep less. Yes Friends, We need only Quality time not Quantity time. Try to get up 1 hour early from tomorrow for a week . You can get around 7 hours additional. Shall we try from tomorrow. Time management is life management so guard your time with great care.
