Happy Thai Poosam

Dear Friends,


Today is Thai Poosam, a festival  of Tamilnadu.   Lord Muruga , got the Vel (Spear) from His mother Goddess Parvathi on this day.  


The word Thai means tamil month "Thai" and Poosam means one of the 27 stars.  On this day, the star has highest Power.


Let us all pray God Muruga and Get good  health and happiness.

Pitta Purathu Amman

Dear friends, R ecently our team has visited Tirunelveli Town  in south India and visited  a famous temple called Pittarathi Amman temple worship largely by local people.  Many of us have already seen the famous Swamy Nellaiappar Temple.  But this temple gives us an entirely different experience.  The Ambal in that  Pittapurathu amman temple   is very powerful.    Many people are coming here to drive away their inner fear.  Some people come here for relief from diseases.   Water  splash on the face is very famous here.  After giving Theertha, the holy water is splashed on our face which gives relief to all our inner fears and problems and also our diseases.
